Our Sweet Journey

We started making pan dulces around 2018 and it took many recipes to get to where we are today. Many weekends were spent experimenting to get the flavor, texture, and shape just right. Yes, it took a lot of taste testing. It was grueling work, but a labor of love is never really work.

Lucy and I bonded over the excitement of making such beautiful and delicious pastries. We often made so many that we could not finish them and had to start giving them away. We are both so happy to share them with you and continue creating something special in the kitchen.
